Does anyone have some magic they would like to share on quitting smoking? I will quit (AGAIN) for the last time. I started when I got sick 5 years ago, & swore I would quit when I recovered. I still haven't gotten better, not do they think I will. So I am giving it up because I am giving up. It makes sense, in a wierd way! I don't have the good reasons like, "I'll feel better when I quit" or "I will be healthier" so I really need some good backup moral fiber to help me. Anyone have advice or experience to share? I am doing the patches and gum for withdrawel. Start date is in a couple days! I really want to end smoking forever this time. Thanks!
