Hi guys...this is the third year. I guess what they say is true. The first year, it was pitifull and last year, not much better. This year looks promising. Blooms are bigger and it's growing like crazy. I'm excited.

Clematis are heavy feeders.....more food increases the amount of blooms.
Hi Shirley....I have to admit that I have no idea what kind of clematis it is. It was a Mothers Day gift from my kids 3 years ago and it wasn't tagged...also, I've never pruned it at all.
