Has anyone successfully sent seeds to Uruguay, South America..or even had problems? Recently, I sent a large package of 20 types of tree seeds to a woman there from the USA and after 3 months, the package was returned to me unopened but marked with an Administracion sticker and "other" was checked with some code number. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'm glad that the seeds made their way back to me, however, I'm also out with the seeds I was supposed to get from the trader in S.A., since she won't send hers until she gets mine.
