Mandevilla seeds

When we pulled the mandevilla out of the greenhouse today I found seeds. What are my chances of getting these to grow?
If they grow will they be true?
Also when is the best time for cutting to root? I did some in the greenhouse & 2 rooted but haven't grown much. Maybe now outside & a bigger pot they will.

now is good sugar in your area if it is new groeth I cut mine back and only one rooted over winter I am waiting for new growth so i can try again. good luck with the seeds. I have no idea about that method of propogation
