Repotting an orchid

Moose Jaw, SK(Zone 3b)

I just purchased a spotted Phal but noticed it isn't doing very well. It was planted in just peat moss while the other ones that I have are growing in bark (and doing very well). I would like to plant this new one in the bark mixture can someone tell me how or post a link with pictures showing how it is done.
Thank you! :)

Thanks barbi!! I hope I wasn't too late doing this :( I just purchased it a short time ago and noticed it going down hill.
Today we were in Regina and I picked up the bark and noticed the expensive orchids there were in the same medium (new supplier) and many were looking poorly as well. I followed the directions you put the link to but most of the roots had rotted. I'm not sure if it will make it but am hoping it will send out some new roots!?!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you...
