The foliage looks like moss rose portulaca or purslane. But that gorgeous bloom looks like some of my dianthus. Whatever it is, it's pretty! I know someone here knows what it is. Just wanted to put in my worthless 2.

I think that the flowers and leaves are larger on this plant than on Delosperma cooperi. The flower is about 2 inches in diameter. The leaves in the picture are a little less than 2 inches long, but on the other side of the pot they are about 3 inches long.

I also this this is a Mesem. family (ice plant) They all have flowers like that. Exactly which one? I get the book out again tonight. I might get lucky. Crasulady2
