Sandra, that was such a great idea, I thought I would make a thread of it. I think we could all use that "push" right now especially those that are going through dark winter doldrums.
One of my best coping strategies is to write down everything that goes in my mouth. It is very time consuming but VERY informative as to why the weight isn't coming off. And everytime I "forget" to write it down, it ends up on my hips - LOL
I know Joan said she bought a new pair of jeans 2 sizes smaller than she wears and everytime she's tempted, she goes and looks at the jeans.
Keep those ideas coming....
