who wanted Creeping Jenny

I got some Creeping Jenny for someone and I cant remember who.

I think that was me, Mark, but I may not need it now, thanks. I have something called Lysimachia japonica, which I grew from seed. I had no idea what it was, but being a Lysimachia it could have been anything. It didn't flower last year, but this year it has tiny yellow flowers, and small rounded leaves, and hasn't got more than an inch high so I think it's similar to Creeping Jenny. The leaves are slightly soft, so perhaps it's a more refined version? Unfortunately, I have another invasive yellow flowered thing round my pond - Mimulus primuloides. How was I to know it was going to make a solid green froth all winter and put up 6" spires of flowers in summer, and seed everywhere?
