I found this in a park near home

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil(Zone 11)

And I donīt know its name. I should know it, though, since itīs in my area, and has those uncommon spotted leaves >.<

Anyway, any idea of what could this be? It has a semi-burried egg-shaped pseudobulb that doesnīt appear on this picture (this is how I recognized it as an orchid. At first sight, I though it was a Sansevieria, Snake Plant).

The leaf looks like a potential Oncidiniae species. RJ

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

could that be a toad lily?

I doubt it. There are no Toad Lilies over here. And it has a pseudobulb (thatīs how I recognized it as an orchid. If I didnīt see it, I would just have thought it was a common Snake Plant)

Oh, I found this same plant in the botanical garden today, tagged (correctly, I suppose) as Oceoclades maculata. Here is the flower.

Another one down :^)
