Keeping My PC Clean

As I have mentioned previously, I had a computer with Windows XP which began to slow down to the point that I replaced it with a new HP with an AMD Athlon XP processor (2.16 GHz). I also updated it with Windows XP Professiona.

On my old computer the Disk Cleanup would not work. Not it takes only a few minutes. The defragmenter worked on my old computer but it took a mountain of time. On my new computer it takes only a few minutes.

I have established a daily routine:

Run SpyBot
Disk Cleanup
Defragment
Whole system virus scan (last thing at night)

Thought I would offer this and see if anyone has any further suggests to keep my computer clean.
