Recommendation for a small spruce?

After spending the past month looking out at snow cover, I've decided my garden needs an evergreen focal point outside my office window.

I've seen a planting of Picea pungens "Montgomery" which I like the look of, but I'm worried about ultimate size.

Can anyone recommend a spruce with a mature height of 10'-15'?
