A Gymno flower
That is beautiful, and well grown, great picture
WOW a perfect 10 . Norma
I have been looking in my cactus books, now you know I don't grow them, just take care of them at the Huntington, don't know one from the other, but I may have accidently came across the picture of your plant. Try this Thelocactus
hexaedrophorus it matches, or try Gymnocalycium zegarrae but this one has too many spines, it also has a redish center. The rib, or tubercles seem to be hexagonal in structure. Does this fit? It's driving me nuts. Norma
