Need a popup blocker that works

I upgraded Incredimail (which has till now been entirely benign and could still be, not sure) and started at nearly the same time having popups that are not being blocked by either the Google popup blocker or the Incredibar blocker...
and they're BAD - some of them are porn.

Most say they are Microsoft and all are when I am surfing the web... from Microsoft Explorer. If I had Netscape I'd try and see if it comes from there but I need to download it and see if they pop up there too but have been too busy to check that aspect out.

What I need to ask is: what pop-up blocker works for ALL popups? I am willing to pay a reasonable price if we have to but these popups infuriate me... Did DH accidentally click through to something that set up a cookie or something that let something through, do yout think? Did I? Can we search it out and destroy it?

We did get a fake ebay email that had a link that did "nothing" ... a scam email that could have set up a place for a hacker? How do we fix this problem? YIKES?!
