Well, better late than never to start a post. I'll be out of town for five days planning a total upheaval of my life. Off to Dublin. The land of potatoes and Guinness beer - low carb, huh?

All the best to everyone. I do really want to settle down and get back into the diet when I get back. In fact, I might end up doing very well on the trip if I don't go out to eat very often.

My thoughts are with everyone even if I'm not posting much these days.
