We do not have to smoke.We do not have to drink alcohol.We do have to eat.That is where the real problem is. Yes! It's easy to give up something that we will never have again, but food, no way it's always there.It has to be in are lives. Most diets don't work. They are based on the short term. Life is a journey not a goal. Too many people are so used to being goal oriented that they don't know what to do after they reach that goal. That's why we slip back. The losses can only be mantained if we realize the journey started ,is not finished when the goal is reached.
