I have three now. Ramona, Henyri, and Gardner's Delight. I would like to share with my mom and sisters. They have been admiring them this past year. Thanks for any advice.

How do you start clematis cuttings?
I take a branch, lay down in soil beside the main plant, in spring there will be leaves coming from out of the ground away from main trunk. When they start to grow, cut them loose, you can check first to see if that part has roots. I have like 5 coming up beside the momma plant in the spring. Have them planted around the house and garage, while original is at the front of house.
