I am disappointed that we don't have a chart of everyone's progress. sbarr is that something you're still planning?
Here is my biggest challenge: I do OK during the work week but at night and on weekends I find myself continuously going to the refrigerator and looking for something to eat that is on the Atkins' diet. I did stay on the types of food recommended but ate way too much yesterday evening. This is a real problem for me. Does anyone have an idea how to curb this?
