Here's a photo of my 10" tall Gardenia(Gardenia jasminoides)in a ceramic Bonsai style hole-less container.

Fragrant full-sized flowers bloom non-stop from May through October.

Splendid, I should have tried one of those instead of Bouganvillia which is not too attractive these days. Blooms from May to October would be wonderful and I bet a luscious aroma!
