Hi everyone - challenger and non-challenger. Hope everyone is doing well and hitting stride in eating better and getting some exercise.
I felt lousy yesterday, like I was coming down with a cold - so took an overdose of Nyquil and hopped in bed about 7pm. Toseed and turned for a bit, but I did wake up this morning feeling better. Probably not enough to work out at the gym, though. I hope I don't have flu - I just don't have time to get sick.
My best improvement of the week - drinking a 24 oz glass of water first thing every morning.
