Fibro sufferers__ feeling better

I have had Fibro for a long long time. I needed something to help with night sweats and hot flashes since Doc wouldn't prescribe HRT any more. He said some people with fibro had found a drug to help them and it just happened to stop hot flashes and night sweats. I was very sceptical because I have tried everything and nothing ever helped. Well , not only did it stop the flashes and sweats, it really helped the fibro pain. It is a relatively new anti-depressant Effexor! I know the same thing doesn't help everyone, but this might be worth a try. Lou
