I am sticking to it to the letter right now. I did sign up at Curves yesterday and will try to stop there on my way to work. I was scheduled from 8:15 to 8:45 which gives me plenty of time to get to work, but wouldn't you know the very first day, my boss needs me to come in early? Maybe I can stop by there after work, on the way home, but I am usually really tired after work.......
In the old Calories Don't Count diet from the 60s, besides eating basically like Atkins, you did have to take 1 tablespoon or two of Safflour oil daily and it expedited the weight loss. However, this was never animal fat.
