I am trying very hard today, but I have been very hungry and I wanted to eat about an hour after lunch, which is pretty bad, when my goal was to last till dinner. I am having three small but healthy meals per day plus even a bedtime cereal and milk snack.
We are all in this together, so everyone post in and let us know how you are doing.
