Change Outlook Express?

When the computer sends a message through Outlook Express, the return address is to my a Hotmail address. I am trying to wind down the Hotmail account because of all the junk that can't be filtered on it.

Is it possible to change the Hotmail address to a Yahoo address when using Outlook Express?

Or is this in need of more explaining, as per usual?:)
