Import Old Outlook info into New Outlook

As you know I recently created a new Administrator, with very few problems. That is, except I cannot find an easy way (make that a "lazy" way) to recover all the information from the old Outlook, and embody it comfortably in the New Administrator's Outlook. Any ideas? Woody
