Bathroom ceiling...Beadboard, planks, ??

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

We saw a neat technique done on Trading Spaces tonight: Vern put beadboard on the room's ceiling. We've been putting off doing our bathroom ceiling because it needs so much prep work. We loved how the beadboard looked, too. Have any of you done anything like this?

My main concerns are (1) how do we put it up there and (2) what materials will be most resistant to warping and mildew?

We'd like to put crown molding around the ceiling, too.

The good thing is, it's not a huge bathroom. Here's the dimensions (not to scale!). The square on the left is the vent light over the shower.
