OK, Folks. We are starting a NEW Challenge today and it will run for 7 weeks, ending Friday January 2, 2004. Anyone may participate, and anyone may join in any week.
Your Goal can be: weight loss, inches lost, just maintaining and not gaining over the Holidays, eating more vegetables and salads, eating less junk food or fast food meals...whatever you want it to be! We will all post our weekly results every Saturday and I will post Stats every weekend after everyone has posted results.
I need to know who's participating, and what your Goal is... please try to make it something measureable every week if possible!
