Howdy Folks.
I know some friends doing this (with excellent results it seems). I was told it was a high-protein/no carb diet but yet only in the beginning.
If you can eat all kinds of meat galore, and no carbs, does that mean no mashed potatoes, no rice, no pastries/donuts, etc?
Other than taters, is general garden produce considered a carb? Eggplant, squash, beans, etc.
Anyone have a list that shows what is a Carb and what is a Protein food (according to Atkins)?
Hmmm...now, about this Atkins diet...?
