Picked this odd one up a couple of weeks ago. It will be interesting to see whether it continues with its chartreuse coloring or reverts back to green or perhaps won't have enough chlorophyl to continue.
The inset at the lower left shows a dropped leaf that has rooted itself and has so far retained the chartreuse color.

That is really neat! I didn't know that jades ever did that. Thanks for posting it.
Only time will tell whether this will continue as an oddball.
Most of my variegated Crassula ovata seem to eventually revert to all green. I've been keeping a piece in the greenhouse and trying to keep in in its "Tricolor" form. I have two larger ones in ground that have gone mostly green this summer.

I've had a variegated jade for five years and it has never reverted. It is outside but only gets full sun in the late afternoon. I water it once a week but feed it maybe once a year.
