Newbie, 1st time post.
I started seeing this bug in small numbers a few years ago. I never wanted to harm it not knowing if it was friend or foe.
This year they have invaded with a vengence.
I would appreciate it if someone could identify it and tell me if I should be worried or not.
I have more pictures if necessary.

Looks like some sort of Stink Bug

I looked at stink bugs but they all seemed shorter and more squat. These bugs don't seems to put out any defense when handled.
They are very aware of anyone approaching and react cautiously usually backing up, flinching, but never move quickly to escape.
