I've never had one of these on my computer, ever. But my neighbor Denise has dozens pop up daily. I ran both SpyBot and AdAware several times to no avail. Half of them are pop-ups advertising software to get rid of the pop-ups, which is extremely annoying. Any idea where these come from and is there a way to get rid of them without sending someone money? Here's an example of the pop-up:
