I have had my HP for about 10 yrs. it finally gave out(would not load the paper) well I have been putting off getting another one,(cause I wont the best one HP has but can not afford it right now) well i stopped at the VA (vet's outlett) the other day and saw one like mine, (820cse) the one I found is 820cxi and looked brand new for 2.98. Went to HP to download the software and it is the same as what I already have. So i put my ink in the printer and guess what...IT WORKS....I really could not believe it, but am happy it did. Now if I could find a cd burner there LOL, i must have got a cheap one cause it only lasted about 2 yrs. OH WELL at least i have a printer now.
