I have been a little under the weather this week which has caused insomnia. This is another thing that causes cravings in me - ill health. I may have to go get an Atkin's chocolate bar today. However, it uses up almost all of my carb allowance for the day...
I am looking for a food processor now, to grind up toasted pumpkin seeds or almonds, which can be used as a "breading" on meats.
Hope you all are doing well. Drink your water; I have noticed that it makes a BIG difference. I think I have stayed on my diet pretty well; too tired to finish a meal..
