Mail Call-((((((PanamonCreel))))))))

Thanks PanamonCreel! The C.Woodii arrived and is potted
up! Good looking root development-I've never seen the
beads so well developed!! I was out checking the mailbox
when the postman arrived-don't think he has ever seen
me so excited! :~)))))))

I'm happy they arrived well, enjoy your new C. woodii :)

Thank you both for reminding me. I have this planted in a birds'nest tucked away in an old moss covered rattan chair. Purchased in the house plant section--just thought it would look good in the nest and almost forgot I had it. I quite like it--nice texture.

What's a C. woodii?? clematis? Not a clue here.

Moose Jaw, SK(Zone 3b)

It's a succulent Liz. It has long trailing string like
vines and it's leaves are shaped like hearts. When the
flowers (small) are finished a bead forms-two common
names for it are Rosary Vine and String of Hearts. I
thought it was the most exotic looking succulent when
I was a kid and I still love it!

I also like the shape of the flowers on the Ceropegias. They look like little lanterns or some even look like an old fashioned smoke stack. Often it's difficult to import Ceropegias since many species are on the cities II list.

Here's the link for C. woodii Liz

Now I know what you're talking about. Thanks

PanamonCreel I just looked at the link-good pic of the
leaves and flowers but you should enter one showing how
long it's vines trail!

Celaya, Mexico(Zone 10a)

Yeah it's true I could post a pic of mine in there.
I actually looped the vines up now since they grew so much from the time I send you the photo that they where touching the ground (bout 7 feet).

Oh, that is so cute.
