Well, I woke up at 5:30 so gave up and got up. I have a note posted on the inside of my front door to remind me to take food to work so I don't get caught like I did yesterday without anything and can't get away from the office. Darius, I meant to say that I didn't know you had been sick but am glad you are over it and your blood pressure is down. Mine goes up every time I'm sick, too.
I'm recovering from my lax day yesterday. Drinking the water and exercising off and on throughout the day.I'll get to work early and walk around the cemetery. Perhaps my heel is healed enough to start walking again now.
