Challenge week 2, day 3

I'm doing well eating the right things but the remarkable thing to report today is the energy level. It was hard for me to go back to work and I was really exhausted at the end of the week. But this weekend, instead of just lounging around and recovering, I was busy shampooing the rug, mopping and waxing wood floors and giving the bathroom a G.I. cleaning. I worked all day both days. My energy level is almost boundless. It's been a long time since I felt like this.......
