Our garden seems like a butterfly farm right now - the monarchs won't slow down enough for me to snap - maybe early in the morning. Is this a tiger swallowtail? Thanks!

Your Tigers might be brothers, they are both male. Next time you are out, look at the bottom of the hind wings. The female will have a lot of blue there.
