Safe trellis for fruit vines?

I have 3 types of kiwis and 10 grapes that I want to grow traditionally, but I don't want pressure treated wood in my garden. I need it to last a long time too. I do want it to look good though. Is there a way to use regular wood, somehow on top of something that keeps them out of the dirt? Are there concrete blocks that would work?
