I have about 40 or so cuttings that I want to plant out in a couple of weeks,--they are leafing out, but today the heat index was 107....Im afraid to will stress them too much to do it yet, and it might even be longer before I think they can hack it out of the shade. My question is, how much of a root system do they need to be able to go dormat inside this winter? I can scrape up the space to store dormat plants, but not keep them in a growing state all winter---but Im not sure how mature they need to be to go dormat? lost my password for a few days n was :( cuz yall was growin without me. lol cheryl
how big is big enough?
