Can hydrangeas (specifically Nikko Blue and Forever Pink) tolerate wet feet all year round. In the winter it is a low spot that is damp all the time. In the summer it is boggy from the drip tube for the airconditioner. It is shaded against a north facing wall. If not, I may just fill this spot with Elephant Ears. lol
