I stuck to it yesterday, but broke the induction phase a little by eating about 1/4 slice cantaloupe. That's in the second phase of Atkins', the on-going weight loss portion. I miss 2 things during induction. OJ in the mornings and milk at night. Other than that, induction will probably last a lot longer for me than the two weeks, which is allowed and safe. How did everyone do?
