Well, fellow losers... as Challenge Time approaches, I'm starting on my diet, albeit slowly. Yesterday I managed to do the breakfast okay, and was surprised I wasn't hungry before lunchtime. However, I failed at lunchtime because I didn't have any of the required foods on hand. Duh!
Dinner wasn't much better, even though I had shopped the food stores. I was just plain ole tired and out of energy.
Starting off well today, and hope to do better with lunch and dinner. Cannot seem to drink as much water as I think I should, though.
Exercise may start next week... maybe.
