Good Afternoon fellow losers! I did my fitness walk bright and early and walked part way up the mountain. Had a haircut appt. so had to cut the walk short. I ate 1547.5 calories yesterday - woops! Howie, the .5 is the Brummel & Brown spread we use. It's 45 calories per TBL & I use half. :-). I still want to get my strength training in before day is over...Hope everyone is doing ok - Hugs all around!
