August 3 - Daily

Good Morning fellow losers! I've walked the mountain and done my fitness walk for the day - whew! Aimee, I hope to ultimately lose 20 pounds too but I think I'll try for 10 on this first challenge and go for the final 10 after the new year...we'll see. Howie, keeping you in my prayers today for the buffet. Hang in there buddy, you can do it! I did 1500 calories yesterday! I sure wish I was self disciplined enough to try Adkins but no way could I give up caffiene or carbs....*sigh*. Have a GREAT day everyone!
