August 2 - Daily

Good Afternoon fellow losers! I did very good yesterday - excuse me while I break my arm patting myself on the back - LOL...I walked up the mountain, did 30 minutes of fitness walking, did taebo, ate very healthy but not enough calories. I drank enough water to float the Titanic. I only did 1159 calories yesterday and I know that's bad. My plan is 1500 a day - EXCEPT for birthdays, company, etc.....Hope you're all having a GREAT day!
