Have any of you switched from eating 3 x daily to the "grazing" method? Eating 5-6 x daily, small amounts of food, (not snacking) keeping your blood sugar level, not getting "hungry" and overeating? DH and I are trying to adapt to this method. I feel better and don't get home so ravenous I end up eating whatever is available FAST.
