Hope I didn't offend you. Just had to mention in the error I was getting for chat that it never happened before, but yesterday eve changed the settings for the junk email like you suggested and right after that got that stupid activeX thing and unable to access chat.
I appreciate your help and the suggestion for changing the options to get rid of the junk mail worked like a charm. Hope to get the X problem worked out soon. Not sure what is causing it, but odd that it happened right after that options change.
Thanks again for your assistance and I will continue to gather up and use your expertise as you have excellent skills in the computer world and this dummy needs all the help a blond can get!
