OK,I am puter illiterate,I admitt it.

Its all screwed up and I can't even blame the kids...

I can't get any of my email,It shows up as being there but the messagges are blank
I can't open Microsoft picture it to do any photos...

I can't Remove any programs......

My AVG says no virus...

It wont let me defrag

BUT I CAN GET ON LINE FINE!

HHHHEEEEELLLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!!
