just wondered if there are any sommersizers out there. I personally feel its better than atkins. you still eat carbos, only compex carbos. eat alot of fruits and vegs.
it may seem complicated but actually it is the simplest way of eating i have ever found. Very easy to follow and she has some wonderful products, sommersweet is the best sugar substite i have ever used.
