I plan on putting up a 8 ft rail fence & plant my Confederate Jasmine on one end & my Asiatic tricolor Jasmine on the other end. I know they won't meet this year so can U suggest an Annual or rather several to put in the middle now to fill in. Do U know if these jasmine are hardy in zone 8a? I hope these plants make it ok as I'm planting them where there is no protection from the chickens for now. I hope next year I can get the area fenced in.
