Well, I can feel some changes. For one thing, I am not as hungry as I was, even skipped lunch by accident. I was afraid I would pig out at suppertime, but I didn't.
Another wonderful thing, exercise is getting easier!! That was unexpected, but I am able to walk the track twice as far as when I started July 3rd.
vic, where do you live? You must be close to me. I am in Lake Toxaway, about 20 miles west of Brevard.
